2014 - 2021

The Agency

I started Atria Media Group and scaled it to seven figures as a Google Partner. 100+ small businesses. International team of 30. Sounds like a success story. It was. And I was miserable.

At the peak I was working 60+ hours a week. Every quote, every client escalation, every hire ran through me. The quoting process alone burned 12 hours a week. That's a part-time job buried inside the business that nobody thinks about because "that's just how it's done."

So I built the BEST Systems Framework. Documented everything. Automated what could be automated. Delegated what couldn't. Dropped the team from 30 to 5 while increasing net profit. Got my involvement from 60+ hours to under 3.

Then I spent a month in Costa Rica with my family. The business didn't miss a beat. That was the proof.

SEOWerkz acquired the agency in 2021. They weren't buying me. They were buying a machine that ran without me.

2021 - 2023

The Problem

After the exit I went back to consulting. Fractional operations for agencies and tech companies. Every single one had the same issue: the processes were locked in the founder's head.

They'd tried AI. ChatGPT gave generic output because it didn't know their process. Zapier sat unused because they didn't know what to automate. The consultant's report was collecting dust. Every tool assumed the foundation was already there. It wasn't.

You can't build a roof without a foundation. And nobody was helping them pour the foundation.

2024 - Present

The Build

After years of doing operations consulting manually, building Monday boards, writing SOPs, implementing CRMs, I realized AI could do 80% of the diagnostic and mapping work that used to take me weeks.
