2014 – 2021
The Agency
Founded Atria Media Group, a Google Ads agency. Scaled to seven figures as a Google Partner. 100+ small businesses. Team of 30. At the peak, 60+ hours a week. Every process lived in my head.
So I documented everything. Automated what I could. Delegated what I couldn't. 60 hours became 3. The team went from 30 to 5. Net profit went up.

2021 – 2023
The Problem
SEOWerkz acquired the agency. They weren't buying me. They were buying a machine that ran without me.
After the exit, I consulted. Every business had the same issue: processes locked in the founder's head. No tool helped. Not ChatGPT. Not Zapier. Not a $20K consultant.
